PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All candidates are instructed to maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality and must will sign confidentiality agreement upon our an initial interview meeting, if desired. Additionally, our client/company names will never be released to candidates until after they have been selected by the client for an interview.

ONGOING SUPPORT

We suggest to all our clients to consider a paid trial period of minimum of 2 work days up to one week before their final decision.

SALARY DETERMINED BY YOU

We are happy to provide you with the average salary range in your area. The salary or hourly rate is up to our clients’ needs and budget. We will work to present you, our client, with candidates who fit this budget.

NO RECURRING FEES

Fees may vary on the particular placement. A non-refundable fee of $150 is due at the signing of the service agreement with Next Level Placement Agency. That fee will be credited toward the agency’s total service fee total service fee, due at the time of hire.
