At Talent Diggers, we understand that every placement is unique and what might be the perfect fit for one client is not necessarily right for all. That is why we tailor each search to the specific criteria and needs of our clients.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All candidates are instructed to maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality and will sign a confidentiality agreement upon an initial interview meeting, if desired. Additionally, our clients/company names will never be released to candidates until after they have been selected by the client for an interview.

Customized Process

We are not a one-size-fits-all agency. Each placement is personalized to fit our client’s specific needs and requirements. We appreciate and value the opportunity to serve and represent our customers.

Seven-Step Hiring Procedure

Our candidates’ selection includes: an online draft (selection); followed by a phone interview; background check; qualification eligibility; a one-on-one interview; client-candidate initial meeting; and trial period (if desired and highly recommended by us).

Agency Fees

NO RECURRING FEES! Our service fee is personalized, depending on the
service you are interested in (residential, corporate, or luxury staffing).
Furthermore, we do not charge application, interview process fees.
A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $150, DUE AT THE SIGNING OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT. THE FEE WILL BE CREDITED TOWARD THE AGENCY'S TOTAL SERVICE FEE, DUE AT THE TIME OF HIRE.

Wage Determination

We gladly provide and recommend what the wages are in your area. However, you design the salary of your future employee to fit your budget. We will walk the extra mile to provision the candidates who are within your wage ratio.

Process Transparency

To assure the process’s transparency and show our professional expertise to our clients, we offer access to the selected candidates documents during our five-round placement process, upon request.

Continuous Support

Our customers’ satisfaction and business are extremely important to us. That is why we offer up to two complimentary replacements within the first 90 days of the hire.
