Establish and maintain a policy and confidentiality agreement with all clients.

Meet one-on-one with all candidates.

Verify each candidate’s previous work experience and work ethics by speaking directly to the former employer/s.

PERFORM EXTENSIVE FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, WHICH CAN VARY FROM THE TYPE OF POSITION, INCLUDING: criminal background and records; driving records; sexual offender database search; verification of education and certification; social security trace; drug testing (upon request), credit history.

Provide our clients with tireless dedication, irreproachable honesty and complete process transparency.

Customized Process

  • We are not a one-size-fits-all agency. Each placement is personalized to fit
  • our client’s specific needs and requirements. We appreciate and value the
  • opportunity to serve and represent our customers.


  • All candidates are instructed to maintain the utmost discretion and
  • confidentiality and will sign a confidentiality agreement upon an initial
  • interview meeting, if desired. Additionally, our clients/company names will
  • never be released to candidates until after they have been selected by the
  • client for an interview.


  • Our candidates’ selection includes: an online draft (selection); followed by
  • call interview; background and qualification check; a one-on-one interview;
  • client-candidate initial meeting and trial period (if desired and highly
  • recommended by us).
